Are you speaking your truth, listening to your gut, and TRUSTING YOUR INTUITION?

We all know this is all very important while on your journey to self-worth.

Do you ever stop sharing a piece of your life because you feel it has no value? Yet, you have no idea who it might inspire?

I get random people telling me how much I inspire them and how much my words or videos made them feel. Not listening to my intuition has happened to me countless times. Yet, I remember when I stopped myself from sharing because I thought it would be too cringy.

If I don't continue to take giant leaps, I cannot continue to preach about women taking the leap and trusting that they are Divinely Guided.

What I have learned in doing this work is that it's not about becoming more spiritual. The "work" is about integrating a spiritual practice into human experiences. We are too in our heads and not enough grounded in this human experience.

In my experience and belief, this does not leave room for expansive growth. We become stuck in the ethers and forget about one thing, being human.

It's all about integration, learning, and growing.

Not seeing people live an authentic life sparked so much in me when I saw how people were continuing to live an inauthentic life or at least putting themselves through situations that don't make them feel good.

Yes, I have been in situations I don't like; however, I take time to observe and change what I can.

I have the power to change myself. I cannot change other people, so I don't expect other people to change, yet if they don't like what I am doing or agree with it, I must remember that that is okay, and I need to accept it.

Part of my goal as a coach is to be there for those clients who know they are here for more, yet do not understand that leaping means creating a new reality that will help them develop a more robust inner GPS system.

Learning to listen to your inner knowing will take some discomfort. I have known that my most significant breakthroughs have come during my pain, whether that was confronting an uncomfortable conversation or dealing with my own shadow.

Sometimes it comes to the point where you surrender and say F it! You boost yourself up to speak your truth and begin to LET GO OF THE PAST because you realize that it does not define you.

Getting to this point is not easy! I believe having a coach, or a mentor comes in handy when you are in this in-between.

How I see it, why would you want to do it the hard way? Doing it alone, on your own, does not have the emotional or mental support you need from friends and family.

Yes, they are there and love and support you, however, we all know that we don't always leave feeling validated and fulfilled.

The space I am creating for my client is sacred, where radical change is embraced and honored. The more we play small, the less we make the life of our dreams.

Taking up space is not always easy, and it doesn't mean everyone will be loud and vocal about it; you can take up space in your tight-knit family.

Set boundaries, speak your truth, and state your beliefs.

This work is grounded in healing, aligning yourself with your innermost desires, and unlearning and relearning what is genuinely authentic for you—weeding out the clutter and making space for what is Divinely guided. Learning to do this takes time and patience.

Imagine you have spent 20+ years conditioned to walk, talk, and act a certain way without questioning a thing. Then you become more and more aware of things, and you begin to question why you ever did those things that way.

This awareness is key to finding your liberation and truly stepping into the world as your authentic self, with a firm, deeply rooted belief.

Here are three tangible ways you can begin to integrate your work. Some of these steps may seem too easy or useless; remember to check in with yourself and any emotions.

  1. Let it out; when you feel lost, unclear, or stuck, allow yourself to fully express and feel what you are going through at the moment. (ex. Journal, voice memos, or speak to your coach or mentor)
  1. Ground, this may look different to everyone. My best ways to ground are to go outside and feel the earth on my feet, take a couple of deep breaths, and lastly, make sure I have a full belly (sometimes, not having had any food for too long can make us feel ungrounded).
  1. Create a plan on how you would like to begin embodying your new practice. Remember, an embodiment practice is critical to bringing the future into the present moment.

Lastly, practice, practice, practice. It's time to remove the block keeping you from speaking your truth. These steps will help you to integrate this new version of yourself, the one who speaks truth is grounded in their beliefs and empowers others to do the same. You got this! You do.
