“Before SWIHA I was going through a spiritual awakening that was very unorganized, uncomfortable, and scary. My gifts were all over the place. I knew that I wanted to help others who were also going through it, as I was all alone. I was randomly led to one of SWIHA's mailers. That was the answer to organizing my gifts and making my awakening more comfortable. I am passionate about all things spiritual. These healing modalities saved my life. I aim to help others feel the same way.”
Rev. Janee Herring was seeking to find and organize her gifts, which aligns exactly with SWIHA’s mission. SWIHA’s mission is to inspire individuals to discover their gifts and graces and support them as they share their talents with the world in a loving and profitable way. Somehow and someway, the Universe brought Rev. Janee to SWIHA to start her journey of discovering her true potential and helping others along the way. Rev. Janee enrolled in the Integrative Healing Arts Practitioner (IHAP) diploma program with a specialization in Hypnotherapy. Rev. Janee knew she was on the right path at SWIHA when “I could finally discern my angel guides and the land. I have never been so happy in my whole life!”
Rev. Janee Herring’s life has changed drastically since her time at SWIHA. Rev. Janee explains, “Everything has changed. I now am openly discussing my spiritual gifts and even making videos to help support other people who are in the early stages. Before SWIHA I would NOT have made a video.” Along with learning all the various holistic modalities that are included in the IHAP program, Rev. Janee also gained knowledge in business practices which include getting comfortable creating content! Having learned these skills, she uses these tools often in her business.
Currently, Rev. Janee Herring works at a shop in her hometown called ‘Wild Flier’. Rev. Janee further elucidates, “With the owner, my dear friend Amanda, we are offering so many modalities to heal the people. Most recently she learned ecstatic dance and cacao ceremony. Together we are changing lives and I am so very proud of this. She allows me to do sessions during the shop's closed hours. During open hours I get to help customers find the perfect crystal and do energy clearings. I also do ear seeding during open hours. This leads to more in-depth sessions after hours. I have been invited to teach a class on EFT at a women’s retreat in the spring. I do not doubt that this is only going to get better and better!”
In addition to working at her friends' storefront, Rev. Janee Herring also owns her own business. While she does not yet have the brick-and-mortar space she is planning for, she currently hosts sessions at the ‘Wild Flier’. In addition, she also provides mobile services, where she travels to her clients to offer her services. Rev. Janee Herring refers to herself as a “Spirit Led Awakening Coach”. Rev. Janee expands, “Clients can choose hypnosis, house blessings and clearings, energy body clearings, toe reading, EFT tapping, and auriculotherapy with ear seeding. I am also ordained, so I do weddings, other types of ceremonies, and house blessings. I will be offering animal communication and assisting gifted children as I am the parent of a very gifted and intuitive child who is naturally using Reiki.”
Looking back on her time at SWIHA, Rev. Janee Herring is proud of herself for accomplishing so much! Graduating from a 2-year program while working two jobs, taking care of a family and almost 2 acres of property showed her that she can do anything she sets her mind to! “I can change lives and heal the planet! I can do all this because I am a conscious co-creator of my reality! And that is the greatest lesson in my whole entire life!”
